Holiday Hours Update: In observance of the upcoming holidays, our Customer Support Center will be closed Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, December 26, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day and January 2.

Our Lab Is Open for You

During this time of unrest in both our personal and professional lives, we want to bring reassurance and calm to our customers and their patients as we continue to perform normal laboratory functions. Here at DigiTech, we believe that it is our responsibility to not only keep our customers informed about any possible changes in production, but it is also our responsibility to help keep everyone safe.

Is DigiTech still accepting cases?

Yes, DigiTech is experiencing no disruption to laboratory case production or delivery at this time. Please contact our customer service team at 888-336-1301 if your office has plans to close so that we can make sure your case is not returned during delivery.

How do holiday closures affect your case deliveries?

Your cases are important to us, and we want to make sure they aren’t returned during delivery while you and your staff are at home celebrating the holidays. Providing us with an alternative address that we could mail your cases to would ensure that they are delivered without any delays. Call 888-336-1301 and let us know where to send your cases.

What additional steps have we taken?

  • Any employee who may present suspicious symptoms has been directed to remain at home in self-isolation until considered noninfectious in accordance with CDC guidelines.
  • All asymptomatic employees have been directed to check their temperature each morning to screen for fever prior to returning to work.

Where can you go for additional information about COVID-19?

In order to stay connected with the facts and keep your employees and patients safe, visit www.cdc.gov or www.who.int for more information.

A Personal Message from DigiTech’s General Manager

March 17, 2020
Dear Doctor,

In a time of such uncertainty, nothing is more important to me than the health and well-being of our employees, our customers, and their patients. While those of us in the dental community combat the risks of blood-borne pathogens and infectious disease on a daily basis, we understand and appreciate the need for an abundance of extra precautionary measures at this time. That is why, in addition to DigiTech’s exhaustive sanitization and preventative measures, we would like to share with you additional auxiliary precautions we are taking against the COVID-19 virus.

While we have not yet experienced any disruption in services, we will remain cautious and be proactive and prepared for any situation. As long as you continue to meet the needs of your patients, we’re committed to meeting yours.

Sincerely,

Vann Sengchanh, CDT

General Manager
