Shipping

Save $20 with a Digital Scan

When you send a digital impression and request a model-less restoration, we deduct the cost of the model and die work, so you’ll get $20 off the list price. You’ll also get $40 per unit off the $299 per unit list price of custom abutments or screw-retained implant crowns. What’s more, digital impressions eliminate any possibility of rotational error that can occur with silicone impressions.

Rush Service

Rush service is offered depending on our current volume of orders. Before the case is shipped, please call to guarantee that rush service for your case will be available. Time of case pickup and delivery may affect turnaround time. Overnight delivery may not be available in certain rural areas.

Overnight service is $9 each way ($18 roundtrip per box; contiguous U.S. only).

    Shipments typically arrive at the lab in two to four business days. We recommend sealing the case box. Then, affix our pre-paid Business Reply label to the outside. These labels are provided at no charge from the lab.

    Shipments are overnight from most areas.

Returning Casework

Overnight service is $9 each way ($18 roundtrip per box; contiguous U.S. only).

    USPS Business Reply Mail
    Shipments will arrive at your office in two to five business days. Each shipment has a bar code with a tracking number so you can keep track of the package on its way to your office. ($15)
  • Rush Service
    Rush service must be prescheduled by calling 888-336-1301 before the case is shipped to guarantee that rush service for your case will be available. Time of case pickup and delivery may affect turnaround time. Overnight delivery may not be available in certain rural areas.
  • USPS Business Reply Mail
    Shipments will arrive at your office in two to four business days. Each shipment is barcoded with a tracking number to anticipate final arrival. ($9)
  • FedEx
    Shipments are overnight to most areas.
